Things to know about The Mama!

1.) My name is Ariel and I'm from Texas

 This picture was taken a few years ago but I think it was the last time I have had time to get someone to take a picture of me by myself.

2.) I am a christian and try to live my life for God to the FULLEST!

3.) I have never been happier until I became a "mama"

4.) I truly believe that baby Love says mama at 6 months old! Except it sounds more like "mom-mom." (and he only says it when he is unhappy, screaming or crying) oh well

5.) I think that I have terrible hair, ya'll know what I mean, I have the half curly ( more like wavy) and half straight frizzy business that I have to tame every-stinkin-day! (Any good hair styling tips or products for this crazy mess is always appreciated!)

6.) I love my husband more than chocolate, I honestly do. He has literally brought me along side him to see the world...

 Yes he did propose in Italy.
Best. Husband. Ever.

7.) I want another baby. Soon. But not too soon. I'm torn. In fact we just found out some friends of ours are pregnant again, they have a girl the same age as baby Love. Man, it didn't help out my longing for another little one but it did scare my hubby a bit! He said that showed him how ready he wasn't. Sad day.

8.) I have a love-hate relationship with roller-coasters. I am terrified of them, but once I am convinced to try a new one I always love it.

9.) I used to collect rocks as a kid. It's true. Kinda silly, I know. I even had a "rock garden,"  this consisted of a pile of rocks in the corner of our backyard behind some bushes. I was very attached to them and even after moving out of that house, my mom has asked me many times if I wanted go steal the rocks back. I was a strange kid for sure. 

10.) I am currently blogging and cooking dinner and watching the baby and cleaning because family is coming in town tomorrow, how do all of you lovely mamas manage everything in your home? Honestly this is the most fun I've had in a while. It's a crazy life but I love it!

Six month old - Baby Love.

My beautiful baby boy, Mama loves you so much! We have both learned SO MUCH through the first half-year of your life. I can not believe how fast it has flown by...

Just the other day you were this little and such a sleepy head all the time. Next thing I know you are wide- eyed and ready to go...

Then came the days that you were ready to try some solids...

or not. 

Now you are such a happy playful baby boy! I can not wait to see where the next six months lead us, you bring so much blessing and joy to our life!
